These Terms of Service apply to every person who visits BestProToday.com, fills out a form, calls or texts our office, requests a quote, books service, or has work performed by a Best Pro Service technician.

Best Pro Service LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as Best Pro Today. You confirm that you have authority to request service for the property involved.

Best Pro Service provides complete home services through one trusted team. Services may include plumbing, heating, drain cleaning, water filtration, gutter cleaning, exterior cleaning, window cleaning, custom window treatments, motorized screens, on-site screen repair, retractable awnings, and other work agreed to in writing.

For most work, we provide a written estimate after reviewing the property, photos, measurements, or project details. Diagnostic visits may carry a service fee, which we disclose before dispatch.

A written estimate is generally valid for thirty days unless a different timeframe appears on the estimate. You accept an estimate by signing it, replying in writing, paying a deposit, or allowing work to begin.

Appointments are scheduled in arrival windows. We send on-the-way updates when possible and will call if a technician is delayed.

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, secure pets, clear stored items or furniture when needed, and make sure an adult is available to approve scope changes and review completed work unless other arrangements are confirmed.

Payment is due according to the written estimate or invoice. Accepted payment methods and any deposits are confirmed before work begins.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Warranty terms depend on the service performed, manufacturer coverage, and the written estimate or invoice for the job.

Phone calls and text messages with our office and technicians are governed by our Messaging Policy. Personal information you share with us is governed by our Privacy Policy.

If a signed written estimate or work order conflicts with this page, the signed document controls for that specific job.
