By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You have authority to approve work at the service address
2. Scope of Services
Best Pro Service provides residential and commercial services including but not limited to:
Plumbing and drain cleaning
Water filtration systems
Window cleaning and exterior services
Scope of work will be outlined in your estimate or invoice. Any additional work requires approval before proceeding.
3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection
Additional issues may be discovered once work begins
Any additional work will be quoted and approved before proceeding
Prices are subject to applicable taxes
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards
Late payments may be subject to additional fees
5. Cancellations & Scheduling
Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or unforeseen conditions
6. Access to Property
Customer agrees to provide safe and clear access to work areas.
Best Pro Service is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to:
Blocked access
Unsafe conditions
Unrestrained pets
7. Service Limitations & Conditions
Work is based on existing conditions of plumbing, structures, and materials
Older or compromised systems may fail during or after service
Exterior cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage or staining
8. Warranty & Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship
Warranty terms (if applicable) will be outlined on your invoice
Warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, misuse, or normal wear and tear
9. SMS & Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive:
Appointment reminders
Job updates
Estimates and invoices
Occasional promotions
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Best Pro Service is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions or system failures
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided
11. Indemnification
Customer agrees to hold Best Pro Service harmless from any claims arising from:
Pre-existing conditions
Failure of aging systems
Customer-provided materials or instructions
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform work due to events outside our control, including weather, supply issues, or utility delays.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
